Thursday 1 April

11.00am - 4.00pm Enrolment and Memorabilia
  Enrol and pick up your Jubilee pack from the Aurora Centre. Memorabilia is also available for order.
11.00am – 1.00pm Open Day at School & Tours
  With organised tours around the school for those registered for the jubilee. td>
1.30pm Assembly for Present Students and Staff
  In the Marquee.
8.00pm Burnside Jubilee Concert
  A tribute to the rich Performing Arts history of Burnside High School. Featuring past and present students and staff.

Friday 2 April

3:00pm - 8.00pm EnEnrolment and Memorabilia
  Enrol and pick up your Jubilee pack from the Aurora Centre. Memorbailia is also available for order.
3.00- 5.00pm /td> Past & present Board and PTA Members’ function
  Including afternoon tea in the Library. Cost: $10.00.
4.00 – 8.00pm Past & present Staff function
  Including buffet dinner in the Staffroom. Cost $20.00.
7.00pm - 12:00pm "Jubilee Party" - in the Marquee
  An evening function for all - a real opportunity to make contact with past friends, acquaintances and staff, with drinks and nibbles in the Marquee from 7pm. Cost $35.00
Note: Drinks can be purchased using drinks tickets (sold at the event). Food is included with the cost of this event.

Saturday 3 April

9.09.00am – 4.00am Enrolment and Memorabilia
  Enrol and pick up your Jubilee pack from the Aurora Centre. Memorabilia is also available for order.
10.30am - 11:30am Opening Ceremony>
  In the Marquee - will be followed by decade and other photos, archive displays and school tours. A must for all past students and staff.
Lunch and jubilee cake will be provided.
12.00pm - 2:00pm Lunch will be served from the school canteen (or 'tuck shop')
6.30pm – 12 midnight BufBuffet Dinner with Entertainment - in the Marquee
  Pre dinner drinks and entertainment from 6.30pm, dinner from 7.30pm and music/dancing from about 9.30pm – 12 midnight. Cost $60.00 /> Note: Drinks can be purchased using drinks tickets (sold at the event).
 
NOTE: Daylight Savings ends tonight so don't forget to set your watches - I think it's forward one hour, no backwards, no maybe two hours?

Sunday 4 April (Daylight Savings has ended)

10.30am – 11.30am Easter Sunday Church Service
  In the Marquee.
Coordinated by Richard Ellena 1964 – 1968.

12.11.30pm – 1.00pm Tea, coffee and light lunch will be available for purchase. d>
1.00 – 2.30pm Remembrance and Closing Ceremony
  In the Marquee
Several ex-students will be speaking of their life at school and/or what they have done afterwards.
The talks are planned to be of 5 minutes long with introductions by their teachers.
This will be a highlight of the weekend.
The last speaker will have a remembrance theme and a look to the future.

Locations

All events except the Thursday night Concert will be held on the grounds of Burnside High School.
A giant marquee is being errected on the grounds to house the estimated 3000+ attendees. Events will also be held in the Hunter Gym, the Aurora centre, and other school facilities.
